Everything an organizer needs
- Event setup in five minutes. Presets for meetups, conferences and hackathons. Branded public CFP page. Tracks, talk formats and custom submission questions.
- Multi-stage peer review. L1/L2/L3+ rounds with independent scoring, blind review mode, conflict-of-interest (COI) detection and deadline enforcement.
- Reviewer management. Invite reviewers, assign them to tracks and stages, and track progress per reviewer and per round.
- Batch accept or reject. Rank submissions by average score and accept or reject in bulk above or below configurable thresholds. Publish results in private first, notify speakers in a single click.
- Agenda builder. Drag accepted talks into a multi-room, multi-day schedule. Share a public agenda URL and embed it on your event site.
- Analytics that matter. Submission funnel, acceptance rate, reviewer throughput, and a Diversity & Inclusion dashboard to keep your lineup balanced.
- Embeddable widgets. CFP form, speaker lineup and schedule widgets keep your event site on-brand while submitcfp handles the heavy lifting.
Organizer FAQs
How long does it take to set up a CFP?
Under five minutes. Pick a preset (Meetup, Conference, Hackathon), set your dates, tracks, talk formats, and review criteria — submitcfp generates a public CFP page and optional embeddable widget automatically.
Can I customize review criteria?
Yes. Override the default (Relevance, Originality, Clarity, Speaker Quality) with your own labels, scales and weights. Different stages can use different criteria.
Does submitcfp support blind peer review?
Yes. Enable blind review mode and speaker identities (name, company, socials) are hidden from reviewers throughout the workflow.
How do I invite my program committee?
Invite reviewers by email, assign them to specific tracks and review stages, and see their progress live in Reviewer Progress. Each reviewer sees only what they need.
Can I run multi-round reviews?
Yes. Configure L1/L2/L3+ review rounds with independent scoring, per-round deadlines, and auto-promotion rules (e.g., auto-promote talks above 3.5 from L1 to L2).
Can I export submissions, scores and agenda?
Yes. All submissions, reviews, speakers and agenda data export to CSV at any time from your Organizer dashboard.
