Our mission
Great events start with great talks. But running a Call for Papers has traditionally meant juggling spreadsheets, email threads and expensive, fragmented tools. submitcfp exists to fix that: to give every organizer — from a local meetup to a global conference — a single, beautifully designed place to launch a CFP, review submissions fairly, and publish a program their community is proud of.

- Run multi-stage, blind peer review with reviewer teams and scoring rubrics.
- Build and publish agendas, manage speakers, and grow a speaker directory.
- Engage audiences with live quizzes, shareable speaker cards and embeddable widgets.
Free for the community
submitcfp is free for speakers, organizers and reviewers today — no per-seat or per-submission fees. Our goal is to lower the barrier to running excellent, inclusive events everywhere. If we introduce optional paid plans in the future, they will be clearly described and transparently billed.
Who builds it
submitcfp is an independently built product, made with care for the conference community by people who have run and spoken at events themselves. We ship quickly, listen to our users, and sweat the details.
